Installation Guide

Three steps to install SHINE_ program.

1. compile mpi tools
>>> cd $SHINEHOME/mpi
>>> sh compilempi.sh

2. compile C codes in GW calculation
>>> cd $SHINEHOME/GW/c
>>> make

3. include the following directories into environmental variabl MATLABPATH 
$SHINEHOME/mpi
$SHINEHOME/GW
$SHINEHOME/GW/c
$SHINEHOME/GW/tools
$SHINEHOME/GW/HartreeFock
